Now that you’re in the race – it’s time to train with RunCoach
Join a community of fellow Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon & 5K Trainees! The RunCoach training service combines a dynamic application with personalized training programs. On average, trainees improve finishing times by 7% and the program also offers a fun rewards program (sponsored by Garmin and others) throughout your training journey.
Note: If you ordered RunCoach via your registration form, you do not need to sign up again. You will receive an email with login credentials directly from RunCoach.
RunCoach also syncs with Garmin, Nike+, RunKeeper and Strava.
Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run offer programs for girls from 3rd to 8th grade. Over a period of 10 weeks, girls in the participate in an after-school program like no other. Designed to allow every girl to recognize her inner strength, the Girls on the Run curriculum inspires girls to define their lives on their own terms. Throughout the season, the girls make new friends, build their confidence and celebrate all that makes them unique. Physical activity is woven into our program to inspire an appreciation of fitness and to build habits that lead to a lifetime of health. At the end of each three month session, the girls participate in a Girls on the Run 5K event.
