About the Savannah Sports Council
Founded in 1993, the Savannah Sports Council is dedicated to developing and supporting sports-related events that benefit the Savannah and Chatham County area. Working alongside Visit Savannah and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, we collaborate with local, regional, national, and international partners to bring high-impact events to our city.
Whether it’s a youth tournament, a professional race or a major sports conference, our goal is the same: to uplift our community, inspire participation and enhance Savannah’s reputation as a premier sports destination.
