Tickets on Sale for Savannah Invitational

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Savannah Sports Council (SSC) announced the schedule for the Savannah Invitational this November and tickets are on sale now. The five-day event, which will take place November 21-25 at the Savannah Civic Center, will bring six women’s and four men’s college basketball teams to Savannah.

Participating women’s teams and conferences, which are scheduled to play Nov. 21-23, are University of Florida (SEC), Providence College (Big East), University of Richmond (Atlantic 10), Savannah State University (MEAC), Stetson University (Atlantic Sun) and Wright State University (Horizon).

 

Participating men’s teams and conferences, which are scheduled to play Nov. 24-25, are Kent State (Mid-American), Loyola University (Missouri Valley), University of North Carolina Wilmington (CAA), and Valparaiso (Missouri Valley).

 

The tickets for the women’s tournament are $10 for general admission seats and $20 for floor tickets (group, college and military discounts available). See below for the women’s schedule:

 

Round One on Tuesday, Nov. 21

  • SU vs. WSU at 2 p.m.
  • Rich vs. UF at 4:30 p.m.
  • Prov vs. SSU at 7 p.m.

 

Round Two on Wednesday, Nov. 22

  • Rich vs. SSU at 2 p.m.
  • WSU vs. Prov at 4:30 p.m.
  • UF vs. SU at 7 p.m.

 

Round Three on Thursday, Nov. 23

  • Rich vs. WSU at 2 p.m.
  • SU vs. Prov at 4:30 p.m.
  • SSU vs. UF at 7 p.m.

 

The tickets for the men’s tournament are $10 for mezzanine seats, $20 for lodge/endzone seats and $50 for floor seats (group, college and military discounts available). See below for the men’s schedule

 

 

Round Three on Friday, Nov. 24

  • LU vs. UNCW at 5 p.m.
  • VALPO vs. KSU at 7:30 p.m.

 

Final Round on Saturday, Nov. 25

  • LU vs. KSU at 5 p.m.
  • VALPO vs. UNCW at 7:30 p.m.
