Tessa Jones
Tessa is an RRCA certified running coach, a RunDNA Running Gait Analyst, and an ACE-certified group fitness instructor.  In 2019 she started Craving Pavement, where she shares her passion for running with the local Savannah community and beyond by leading weekly group runs, and providing personalized training plans to fellow runners to spread a passion for the sport while helping them reach their full potential! Tessa also serves on the board for her local Girls on the Run chapter, a program that inspires young girls to be joyful, healthy and confident- using physical activity such as running and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional and physical skills in every girl while encouraging healthy habits for life.
Lynn Macan
Lynn is an advocate for fitness and wellness for people of all ages.  She is president of her community walk/run club and promotes the physical, emotional and social benefits of being active.  She is a wife, sister, step-mom, and MeMa who believes that running has made her a better person!
Kristin Haynes
Born and raised in Savannah.  I started running in 2014 to become a healthier me.  I am a wife, a mother and an avid runner in the community.  I strive to be a strong female leader and work hard to motivate others.
Christina LaValley
My name is Christina LaValley. I was born and raised in the Savannah area. I am a wife and the mother of two girls. I am still a relatively new runner and developed a love of running only recently. I am not completely new to exercise as I really enjoy strength training as well. I hope to help foster a love of movement and health for my girls and all others that I may be able to help inspire along the way.
Heather Hare
Heather started running as part of a boot camp in her late 30’s. Once she ran her first 5K, she was hooked! She loves to run roads and trails. She also loves to encourage others to sign up for adventures!
