Savannah Sports Council 2014 Advisory Board Announced
SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Savannah Sports Council (SSC) has announced its 2014 advisory board. Swann Seiler of Georgia Power will serve as chair of the SSC, with Jacques Beauchamp of Spine & Sport serving as chair-elect. Advisory board members for 2014 are as follows:

In its 21st year as an organization, the SSC relies on the guidance of the advisory board to assist in making organizational decisions that impact the Savannah and Chatham County.
“The SSC has always made it a point to positively impact the sports industry. We are fortunate to have support from community business leaders who participate on the advisory board. These leaders have a strong enthusiasm for sports and bring in fresh ideas, which helps the SSC’s influence continue to grow,” said Ben Wilder, SSC director.
The mission of the Savannah Sports Council is to develop sport-related events that impact our community. By working with local, regional, national and international organizations the Savannah Sports Council supports a wide range of events that offer a diverse opportunity to athletes of all ages and all sports. The Savannah Sports Council works in conjunction with Visit Savannah and Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce to enrich the city of Savannah and Chatham County.
The advisory board meets six times throughout the year, with one meeting every two months.
